Description:  A very nice ranch covered with beautiful Oaks.  The owner has done some very nice selective cedar clearing which has resulted in optimal cover and habitat for Whitetail deer and Exotics.   This property is very private with large neighbors,  has scenic views, and has been well maintained by the current owner.   There is a very comfortable cabin with electricity and water that has been recently remodeled by the owner.  It sleeps 7-8 people.  There are two lofts each with two beds, a master with full bath, and two more bedrooms that share a full bath.  There is water well converted from a windmill to an electric well that services the cabin and the game.  The game includes whitetail with some past improved genetics and some Axis deer.  In fact, owner recently released in October of 2023 eight additional Axis deer.  The Ag-exemption is in place from a few cows and the owner has taken great care to prevent over grazing.
