Two comfortable hunting cabins and one submersible well supplement a stocked pond and water troughs. An intense cedar clearing project has eliminated most of the unwanted vegetation with areas left throughout the acreage providing sanctuaries for the wildlife. Several Indian Mounds have been located, as the ranch borders an 11,000 + acre ranch near the headwaters of the North Fork of the Guadalupe River. It has always been a highly desired area since the beginning of time. Water, wildlife, beauty, seclusion, yet being only 40 minutes from all the amenities of Kerrville, TX. Great medical facilities, dining establishments, two HEB stores, a few big box stores, and “Gibson’s” are just a few.
Wildlife: Located in one of the most popular hunting areas in the world with an abundance of exotic species makes the stocking of the ranch with the desired species a common event in the area. Presently the game includes Whitetail Deer, Axis, Turkey, a few other exotics, and all the varmints.
