The ranch is covered with Live Oaks, Red Oaks, and Shin Oaks, with very little Cedar. There is plenty of heavy cover to pull in roaming game animals with the South, East, and West neighbors being low-fenced. A road system is currently in place and is suitable for a 2WD vehicle or ATV. Large acreage neighbors surround the ranch to the East, North, and South.

Wildlife: Free ranging Whitetail, Axis, and game birds roam the Harper Back 20 and surrounding ranches. The healthy population of game animals is attributed to the low pressure of hunting over the last 80 years.
