Land: The High Fence Fallow Mount Ranch offers 81 +/- acres of lush Texas Hill Country, with gentle topography, abundant native grass, and a quality road system throughout. Live Oak mottes and Shin Oak dominate the land dominate the vegetation of the ranch, with some cedar still growing, providing ample cover for game animals. The ranch is perimeter high-fenced, with 1.5 miles recently completed. The newly drilled Edwards Aquifer water well has 20+ GPM capability, providing water to troughs and the Bentonite Clay lined pond. The entire ranch is accessible by 2-wd vehicle.

Wildlife: Trophy Fallow, Axis, Blackbuck and Whitetail are currently stocked on the 81 acres and the vegetation would support a larger herd of native and exotic species. Dove and Turkey have also been seen on the ranch.
